returns
all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, change of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the product. we strongly encourage our customers to review the product descriptions, images, and sizing charts before placing an order to ensure that they are making an informed decision.
refunds
we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, product defects or shipping delays. however, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
million miles guarantee:
we want you happy. if at any point you notice a performance issue with your ciele athletics™ product please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
in return, we ask that you take good care of it and if you’re no longer using it - reinvent it, donate it, trade it or recycle it.
please note that the million miles guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. this includes fading of fabric, seam tape deterioration, and overall deterioration of fabric and moving parts that is to be expected with time; damage from use or misuse such as rips, tears, burns, holes and stains; and products that have not been properly cared for or have endured excessive use leading to a shorter product life.
Items purchased on this Archive site that qualify for our Million Miles Guarantee will receive a "similar" replacement product, refund or credit for original price payed.
